Idan Zalmanson (Hebrew: עידן זלמנסון) (born April 18, 1995) is an Israeli 2.06 m (6 ft 9 in) tall power forward/center playing for Maccabi Rishon LeZion of the Israeli Super League and the Euroleague.[1][2][3]
Zalmonson was born in Be'er Ya'akov. At 3 age his family moved to Rishon LeZion.[4] He was a member of the Israeli U-16 and U-18 National Teams.[5][6] At the U-16 European Championships (Division B), he was # 1 in 2-point field goal percentage, at 63.4%.[7]
