The ITV Diamant (English: Diamond) is a French single-place, paraglider that was designed by Xavier Demoury and produced by ITV Parapentes of Épagny, Haute-Savoie. It is now out of production.[1]

Design and development

The Diamant was designed as an intermediate sport glider. The models are each named for their approximate wing area in square metres.[1]

Variants

Diamant 25
Small-sized model for lighter pilots, with a wing area of 25 m2 (270 sq ft). The glider model is IA certified.[1]
Diamant 28
Mid-sized model for medium-weight pilots. Its 12.6 m (41.3 ft) span wing has a wing area of 28 m2 (300 sq ft), 70 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.5:1. The pilot weight range is 80 to 100 kg (176 to 220 lb). The glider model is IA certified.[1]
Diamant 31
Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 13.3 m (43.6 ft) span wing has a wing area of 31 m2 (330 sq ft), 70 cells and the aspect ratio is 5.5:1. The pilot weight range is 100 to 130 kg (220 to 287 lb). The glider model is IA certified.[1]
