The Merida Andes tree frog, Hyloscirtus platydactylus, is a species of frog in the Hylidae family found in Colombia and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, and heavily degraded former forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
