Humberto Tomasina (September 12, 1898 – June 12, 1981) was an Uruguayan football (soccer) player who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.

He was a member of the Uruguayan team, which won the gold medal in the football tournament.

He played club football for Liverpool de Montevideo.
