Heliconius lalitae is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It was described by Brévignon in 1996. It is endemic to French Guiana.
The forewings have yellow distal spots and a red basal area. There is a basal transverse red stripe across the discal cell of the hindwings.[2]
