Hayden James is a singer/songwriter and producer from Sydney, Australia. He is signed to the Future Classic label.
His first single "Permission to Love" was released in June 2013 with remixes from label mates Touch Sensitive and Charles Murdoch. Strongly influenced by cousin Gemma Fraser, it was the #1 Most Blogged track on The Hype Machine upon release.
His debut extended play, Hayden James was released on 30 August 2013.[1] Since then, James has played at Splendour in the Grass and supported Odesza on their US tour.[2]
James released "Something About You" in December 2014, which has currently peaked at No. 46 in Australia.[3]
