Glucosio is a free and open source project, created in 2015 by a group of open source developers to develop Android, iOS and Firefox OS apps for diabetes management and research.
History
Glucosio was started by a group of open source developers in June 2015.[1][2][3] Glucosio consists of a Research API, Android Application, and iOS Application. A unique feature of Glucosio is the ability for diabetics to opt-in to sharing anonymous glucose data with diabetes researchers via the research API.
Glucosio's project code is available on Github under the GPLv3 License[4][5] for users who wish to build their app from scratch or contribute to the open source project, but is also published in the Google Play Store[6]
