Ghulam Mustafa Bhat

Ghulam Mustafa Bhat (Hindi: ग़ुलाम मुस्तफ़ा भट) is the current elected Mayor of Srinagar, the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. First elected on 29 March 2006, Bhat is a member of the National Conference.[1]
