Fullips is a lip enhancer device developed by Linda Gomez.[1] The plastic device uses self-suction to expand the volume of the lips through increased blood and fluid flow. It is used for fifteen to thirty seconds at a time to give the impression of larger lip size.[2] It comes in three different sizes:[3] small oval, medium oval, and large round.[4] According to the company, the effect lasts between 30 minutes and a few hours.[5] If used too hard in one session, bruising can occur.[6][7]
