Freddy Hernández Gómez (born March 23, 1979 in Mexico City) is a Mexican boxer in the Light Middleweight division.
Pro career
Hernández beat Damian Frias (16-1) in a one-sided 10-round decision to win the WBC Latino welterweight title.[1]
On February 2, 2010 he knocked out DeMarcus Corley in the 5th round to defend his WBC Latino welterweight title.[2]
WBC Welterweight Championship
On November 27, 2010 Hernandez lost a fight against the WBC Welterweight Champion Andre Berto on HBO.[3]
