Flixton Priory

Flixton Priory was a priory in the English county of Suffolk. It is located around 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Bungay in the north of the county. The priory was founded by Margery de Crek in 1258 or 1259,[1] and was dissolved in 1536.[2]

The ruined remains of the moated priory are located to the south of the village of Flixton near to Abbey Farm. These include sections of wall, earthworks and fishponds.[3]
