Filathlitikos B.C. (Greek: Φιλαθλητικός K.A.E.) is a Greek professional basketball club that is based in Zografou, Athens, Greece. The club's full name is Filathlitikos O.A. Zografou (Φιλαθλητικός Ο.Α. Ζωγράφου). The team's colors are red and white.

History
Filathlitikos was founded in 1986. The club competed in the 2nd-tier level of Greek basketball, the Greek A2 Basket League, for the first time, during the 2012–13 season. During that season, the club featured players like the Antetokounmpo brothers, Giannis and Thanasis, as well as players like Nikos Gikas, Michalis Kamperidis, and Christos Saloustros. They finished in 3rd place in the Greek 2nd Division that season.
During the 2013–14 Greek A2 Basket League season, Filathlitikos finished in 12th place in the league, and they were relegated back down to the 3rd-tier level of Greek basketball, the Greek B Basket League.
