Club career
Obama played his entire professional career in Spain, but never appeared in higher than the fourth division, inclusively representing reserve teams during his spell in the country. His first club as a senior was Real Murcia, but he never made it past the B team.
International career
Obama played for Equatorial Guinea in September 2006, in a match against Sudan for the 2008 CAF Men's Pre-Olympic Tournament (0–2 away loss). and ( 5-0) home win
