Faith Fay (born April 8, 1982) is an actress, artist, producer, writer, mentor, and philanthropist from Hawaii. She is of Native American and White American descent. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and Writers Guild of America.

She studied acting and filmmaking at Scott Rogers Studio/Academy of Film and Television. She graduated from college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and shows her photography and paintings in museums and art galleries. Fay is sponsored as an athlete by several companies, Pualani Hawaii, Cobian Footwear, Ecoxgear, and DMC Swim.

Fay played Lani Lane in the 2011 feature film Soul Surfer, the true story of pro surfer Bethany Hamilton. After starring in Soul Surfer Fay has volunteered with the "Friends Of Bethany Organization" and for the non profit "Walking On Water" [3] mentoring and surfing with kids from around the world. Soul Surfer was the second feature film Fay acted in that was based on a true story, the first was "Life" released in 2007, based on the tragic life story of PWA windsurfer Natsuki Iijima. Fay was also a recurring cast member on ABC's Lost's as a survivor whom the fans dubbed "Sexy Blue Striped Shirt Girl". She also starred as CIA agent McNeil in 2005's Tides of War and as FBI agent Alice Wells in the indie film "Killer TV". She guest-starred on the show Beyond the Break as the character Carmen. In 2012-2013 Fay took on the role of producer for the film Beyond Sight,[4] a journey about a blind surfer from Brazil, Derek Rabelo, who ventures to Hawaii to surf the infamous surf break Pipeline. In 2013 Fay produced the documentary television series "Retratos Do Mar" [5] about the best water photographers in the world and the untamed ocean in which they shoot pro surfers and dangerous marine life. Fay also wrote, illustrated, designed, and released her first children's book Rattie The Hawaiian Rat Finds A New Home.[6] In 2014 Fay began touring the inspiring film "Beyond Sight" around the world, while managing to hold outreaches along the way.[7]

In late 2014 Fay produced the documentary film "Surfers and Cowboys",[8] bridging big wave surfing to professional bull riding. In 2015 she produced a second season of the documentary series "Retratos Do Mar".[9] In addition she produced the documentary series "Homem Peixe", making history to have the first team ever successfully body surf the dangerous surf break Jaws. She also acted in Ben Affleck's period film "Live By Night". She still made time to participate in community outreaches and volunteer as a film maker for several non profits. In 2016 Faith produced the inspiring television series "Mulheres Do Mar",[10] about a group of elite female surfers who take on huge waves, dangerous breaks, and a male dominate sport. She also produced "Sons Of Hawaii",[11] a group of young men who explore the Hawaiian islands, her culture, and her ocean in search for adventure and a better understanding of themselves. Faith has begun pre production on the action film she has written, "Game On".
