Emma Weaver
Emma Weaver is a British television actress and voice actress. She provided the voice of Bella in The Tweenies since 2000, taking over from Sally Preisig, also the voice of Mina in the American-British-Spanish animated series Jelly Jamm.
She played a housemaid in 1995 telefilm Daisies in December.
