Eccoptocera foetorivorans is a moth of the Tortricidae family. It is endemic to the Hawaiian islands of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui, Lanai and Hawaii.
The larvae have been recorded on Cheirodendron, Metrosideros, Psidium guajava and Sysygium sandwicensis. They feed amongst webbed-together leaves.
