Duduka da Fonseca, born Eduardo Moreira da Fonseca (Rio de Janeiro, March 31, 1951) is a Brazilian jazz musician and drummer.
Duduka performed with Brazilian and International musicians such as Tom Jobim, Joe Henderson, Cláudio Roditi, Naná Vasconcelos, among others.
Duduka da Fonseca current groups include Trio da Paz, Duduka da Fonseca Quintet and the Duduka da Fonseca Trio, with David Feldman (musician) on the Piano and Guto Wirtti on bass. He is the author of Brazilian Rhythms for Drumset, by Manhattan Music/DCI.[1]
