Dionisio Rozalina (born 1 January 1966) is a Curaçao born Dutch male weightlifter, competing in the 77 kg category and representing Netherlands at international competitions. He competed at world championships, most recently at the 1999 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] As of November 1999 he is eleven times national champion.[2]
Rozalina was born and raised in Curaçao.[2] Because he wanted to become a sportsmen he moved to the Netherlands when he was 20 years old. After playing basketball and american football he started doing weightlifting after a friend introduced him to the Atlas weightlifting club in Nijmegen. After his first national title he started thinking different about the sport. After his fourth national title he became really full time into the sport. He reached his best success in the 60 kg-64 kg categories. After the categories were changed for the 1999 World Weightlifting Championships he didn't make a chance to qualify for the 2000 Summer Olympics because he was with 72 kg too light for the 77 kg category and he had to perform in the early morning C class.
After his career he became a strength trainer.[3][4]
