"Devil Inside" is a song by Australian band INXS. The song was written by Andrew Farriss and Michael Hutchence and is one of INXS's best known songs.

It was released as a single in February 1988. The song was most successful in the US, going to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks, held out of the top spot by a combination of "Get Outta My Dreams, Get into My Car" by Billy Ocean and "Where Do Broken Hearts Go" by Whitney Houston. "Devil Inside" then went on to peak at #47 in the United Kingdom, #20 in France, #25 in Ireland and #6 in Australia.

Guitarist and saxophone player Kirk Pengilly stated in an interview that he did not like the music video for "Devil Inside," because he thought that it was "too American."

The video was filmed in Balboa, California and directed by Joel Schumacher.

The song was featured in the film Rock Star and TV show Hindsight.

On 19 March 2014, HBO released the final trailer for the fourth season of Game of Thrones, featuring London Grammar's version of "Devil Inside".[1][2]
