DeepOcean is a Amsterdam, Netherlands - based company which provides subsea services related to offshore construction such as trenching and laying of flexible products (Umbilicals, Risers, Cables), inspection, maintenance & repair and decommissioning. Its 1,400 employees project manage and operate a fleet of Vessels, ROV's and subsea Trenchers.

History

DeepOcean Group was established in May 2011. The group was formed following the merger of the survey, IMR (inspection, maintenance and repair) and decommissioning services of DeepOcean, the seabed intervention company CTC Marine Projects and the towing and supply services of Trico Supply. DeepOcean has an established track record from the 1990s.

In 2013, DeepOcean acquired a 50% interest in ADUS to form ADUS DeepOcean Ltd. ADUS specialises in high-resolution multibeam sonar surveying and visualisation.
