Deb Bixler (born January 27, 1953) is an American entrepreneur, television host and motivational speaker with a focus on healthy living, home party plan and direct sales education. She ranks #14 worldwide on Direct Selling Live Women of Power Top 30 [1] #44 worldwide on the Direct Selling Live Power 50.[2]

Early career

Bixler attended the Culinary Institute of America and began her career as a trained chef in the food services industry. In 1999, after 30 years in the restaurant industry, Bixler sought a career change that would allow for a less stressful lifestyle. She started a direct sales party plan business, and earned her previous annual salary of $80,000 in the first 9 months.[3] A motivational speaker throughout her career, she soon began speaking about her success in the party plan industry.

Direct Sales Education

In 2002, Bixler began to gradually move her focus from home party plan to public speaking and education.[4] Her lectures and workshops focus on entrepreneurship, presentation, and social media. Bixler is also the host of the wsRadio show "Cash Flow Show - Direct Sales Radio".[5]

Bixler was the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance 2011 Speaker of the Year.[6]

Health and Wellness Education

Bixler combines her culinary and public speaking experience for her position as a respected health and wellness educator[7] and wellness educator and weight loss coach. Programs include elementary and high school assemblies, cooking classes, senior programs,[8] and children's health programs throughout central Pennsylvania.[9]

Bixler hosts the syndicated healthy cooking show "Now We're Cooking." [10] The show focuses on simple healthy meal preparation.

Bixler is a Certified instructor for ManageFirst nutritional program.[10]
