David Pierce is an American politician. He served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2006 to 2012, and was subsequently elected to the New Hampshire Senate in the 2012 elections.[1]
He is openly gay,[2] and is widely credited for his House speech on the issue of same-sex marriage in New Hampshire, which reportedly swayed several undecided legislators to support the legislation.[2]
