Clemens Cornielje
Clemens Gerard Antoon Cornielje (born 10 June 1958 in Lobith) is a Dutch politician and former political consultant and educator. He is a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie). From 1994 to 2005 he was a member of the Dutch House of Representatives. Since 31 August 2005 he has been King's Commissioner (Queen's Commissioner until 2013) of the province of Gelderland.
Cornielje studied biology and mathematics at a vocational university in Nijmegen. He is a homosexual and a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
