Claire Emily Hanna (born April 27, 1986) is a 6'0" (184 cm) Canadian volleyball player, who was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She attended the University of British Columbia in Vancouver where she graduated in 2010.[1] In her 4 years, she was a two time Canada West Libero of the Year and won CIS Libero of the year in 2010.[2] She led her team to a Canadian Interuniversity Sport Championship title in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
In 2014, Hanna joined Newcap Television in Lloydminster, AB as a full-time Sports Anchor and Reporter.[3] She's also a live sideline host and reporter for various hockey and baseball tournaments in Alberta.
