Chaman Lal
Chaman Lal (born August 27, 1947 in Rampura Phul, Bathinda district Punjab) is a Punjabi novelist.

Awards
Lal won the Sahitya Akademi Award in 2002 but returned the award in protest in 2016.[3][4]
