Cardioglossa elegans is a species of frog in the Arthroleptidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, and heavily degraded former forest.
It is threatened by habitat loss.
