Blow My Fuse is the fourth album by the hard rock band Kix. Released on September 19, 1988 on Atlantic Records, it contains the glam metal inspired track "Cold Blood" and the power ballad "Don't Close Your Eyes". The album remains one of the best known works by the group to this day.
Background
Blow My Fuse includes both the group's biggest rock hit "Cold Blood" and their popular ballad "Don't Close Your Eyes," which made it to #11 on the Billboard Hot 100 in late 1989. The album achieved platinum sales and reached position #46 on the Billboard charts, making it the band's most successful.
