Albert "Bert" Beney (1883 – 20 April 1915) was an English professional football forward who played in the Football League for Woolwich Arsenal and Bury.[1]
Personal life
Beney served as a corporal in the Royal Engineers during the First World War and was killed in West Flanders on 20 April 1915.[3] He is buried in Poperinghe Old Military Cemetery.[2]
