Belarusian Ice Hockey Association (Belarusian: Федэрацыя хакея Рэспублікі Беларусь, Russian: Федерация хоккея Республики Беларусь) is the Belarusian national ice hockey federation. It was founded on March 6, 1992 and became a member of the IIHF in two months (May 2, 1992).
In May 2009 the Belarusian Ice Hockey Association enjoyed a major success in its history, getting the right to host the 2014 IIHF World Championship.
2010 IIHF World Championship
The Belarus National men's ice hockey team competed at the 2010 IIHF World Championship where they place 10th out of the 16 teams.[1]
