Banu Ghifar

The Banu Ghifar are a Jewish tribe who converted to Islam. In the 5th century AD, the Ghifar lived in Yathrib together with other major Jewish tribes: Banu Qaynuqa, Banu Qurayza and Banu Nadir.[1]
