Bando Osmeña Pundok Kauswagan is a regional political party based in Cebu City, Philippines. By the name, it is a political party run by the Osmeña family of Cebu.

BOPK is currently affiliated with the Liberal Party since October 2009. It used to be the local affiliate of the dominant national party Lakas-Christian-Muslim Democrats. Prior to that, it was the city's equivalent of another national party founded by another Osmeña scion, the Promdi.

There are no results available of the last elections for the House of Representatives, but according to the website of the House, the party holds 2 out of 237 seats; Congressman Rachel del Mar and Congressman Tomas Osmeña.
