Avatha tepescoides is a species of moth of the Erebidae family. It is found on Borneo. The habitat consists of both lowland forests and montane areas.
The wingspan is 23-25 mm. Adults are similar to Avatha tepescens, but are slightly darker and more uniform.[2]
