Cycle 4 of Austria's Next Topmodel aired on Puls 4 from January to March 2012.
Host Lena Gercke, Elvyra Geyer and Atil Kutoglu all returned as judges.[1] The cycle premiered on 12 January 2012 and began with 21 semi-finalists, who were joined by Yemisi Rieger, who was chosen by Niki Lauda as a wildcard contestant at a separate casting.[2][3] Sixteen contestants were chosen to advance to the main competition.
On 22 January 2012, during the airing of the cycle, a contestant, 21-year-old Sabrina Rauch, was killed in a car accident, three days after the airing of the episode she was eliminated in.[4] The program paid tribute to her at the beginning of the following episode.
The winner of the competition was 16-year-old Antonia Hausmair, who represented Burgenland.[5]

- In episode 1, the finalists were chosen from the group of 22 semi-finalists. After the final 15 were revealed, Lena revealed that Izabela would also be part of the final cast. The first elimination of the finals took place at the end of the episode.
- In episode 4, Lana and Michaela refused to participate in the photo shoot. Michaela quit the competition shortly after the photo shoot took place.
- In episode 5, no-one was eliminated.
- Episode 6 ended on a cliffhanger, with the verdicts of Antonia and Bianca shown at the beginning of the following episode.
