The Attorney-General of South Australia is the member of the Government of South Australia responsible for South Australia's system of law and justice. The Attorney-General must be a qualified legal practitioner, although this was not always the case.
The current Attorney-General since 2010 is John Rau of the South Australian Branch of the Australian Labor Party.
