Andrew Tesorière

Andrew Tesorière (born 1950) is a British diplomat.[1] He was Ambassador to Albania from 1996 to 1998, Ambassador to Latvia from 2002 to 2005, and Ambassador to Algeria from 2005 to 2007.[2] Since 2008 he has been OSCE Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan.[1]
