Amit Simhon (Hebrew: עמית שמחון; born October 22, 1989) is an Israeli basketball player. He currently plays shooting guard for Maccabi Haifa.
Simhon played in the youth department of Ironi Ramat Gan of the Israeli League beginning in the 2007/2008 season. In his second season he moved to Hapoel Lev Hasharon of the Liga Leumit, where he played for two years. He was selected to the All-Liga Leumit Team, and was the Israeli with most points in the Liga Leumit for the season.
After starting the 2010/2011 season with Hapoel Jerusalem, Simhon was loaned to Barak Netanya on March 6, 2011. For the 2014/15 season, Simhon signed with Hapoel Eilat.
