Americana Manhasset is a high-end, open-air shopping center located in Manhasset, New York. It is the largest and best known shopping center in the Long Island Gold Coast vicinity along a stretch of Northern Boulevard commonly referred to as the Miracle Mile of Manhasset.
International fashion designer labels and luxury goods companies—Hermes, Dior, Cartier, Bottega Veneta, Chanel, Fendi, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, MaxMara, Celine, Tiffany & Co., and Prada—maintain a total of more than 60 retail stores and restaurants on a 220,000-square-foot (20,000 m2) site surrounded by gardens designed by Oheme van Sweden. Peter Marino is Americana Manhasset's master architect.
The shopping center is referenced in the book Manhasset Stories by Suzanne Rosenwasser. The author grew up in Manhasset in the mid-20th century, during the early years of the Americana.
