Alvin Zaitun Loebis (June 8, 1978 – April 11, 2016), known professionally as Alvin Lubis, was an Indonesian musician, arranger, and music producer. He had been working around the local music industry since 1999.[1]

Lubis initially worked as a music director in a local music school alongside his friends. He spent years performing jazz and pop music around Jakarta as a session musician.

Gained reputation

He then gained more experiences from one concert to another with several artist managements and orchestras.

As producer

Alvin had also teamed up with his old school mate, Andezzz, to launch a chillout album named Andezzz and The Departure People sometimes in 2006.

Later activity

Around 2008 and 2009, Alvin managed to join his old friend Andezzz to work on music scoring for several local movie, as well as their soundtracks, not to mention a number of jingle productions.
