All City was an American rap duo composed of Brooklyn-based rappers J. Mega and Greg Valentine. They are best known for their hit single "The Actual".
All City was formed in 1993 after Mega and Valentine met after both performed at the Lyricist Lounge. The duo eventually caught the attention of Onyx who helped get the duo a record deal with MCA Records. All City's debut album Metropolis Gold was released in late 1998. The album's lead single was "The Actual" which became a hit on the rap charts, peaking at number three. The album itself, however, was not a commercial success, not selling enough copies to reach the Billboard 200. After the album ran its course, the duo disbanded with no further releases.
