Afrixalus lacteus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Cameroon.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, swamps, and heavily degraded former forest.
It is threatened by habitat loss and habitat fragmentation.
