Aduana is one of the seven major Akan clans it is also said to be the largest clan in terms of numbers.

Totem

The totem of the Aduana clan is dog.It is believed that a dog led them in their migration process and this dog lighted to be their path to their settlement with fire in its mouth. It is also believed that this fire is still at the palace of which happens to be their major town.[1]
