Adam Chlapík (born February 4, 1994) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the HC Sparta Praha of the Czech Extraliga.
Chlapík made his Czech Extraliga debut playing with HC Bílí Tygři Liberec during the 2013–14 Czech Extraliga season.[1]
