Acanthodactylus maculatus, the spotted fringe-fingered lizard, is a species of lizard in the Lacertidae family. It is endemic to northwestern Africa.[1]
Geographic range
It is found in Algeria, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia.[1]
Habitat
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, hot deserts, and sandy shores.[1]
Conservation status
It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
