The 2003 Hungarian Figure Skating Championships (Hungarian: Senior Országos Bajnokság 2005) were the Hungarian Figure Skating Championships of the 2002-2003 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, and ice dancing on the senior level for the title of national champion of Hungary. The results of the national championships were used to choose the Hungarian teams to the 2003 World Figure Skating Championships and the 2003 European Figure Skating Championships.
The 2003 Championships took place between January 17 and 18, 2003 in Budapest.
