1947 Houston Cougars football team
The 1947 Houston Cougars football team represented the University of Houston in the 1947 college football season as a member of the Lone Star Conference (LSC). The Cougars were led by head coach Jewell Wallace in his second season and finished with a record of three wins and eight losses (3–8 overall, 0–6 in the LSC).
