Eight regional A-Classes, whose winners competed in the national championship
8 teams (the winners of eight regional A-Classes,) participated in the league which was divided into 2 groups: a Southern and a Northern one. The winners of both groups, Pogoń Lwów and Warta Poznań, played a 2 leg final match for the title which went to Pogoń Lwów.
